Chairman Phillips called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. It
was determined by Chairman Phillips that there was not a quorum and
that a vote could not take place. Chairman Phillips explained the
circumstances to the petitioner, Anthony Zaremba and tentatively
rescheduled a second hearing for Wednesday, June 2nd. The meeting
was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
