Zoning Variation - Docket #99-12
As requested by the Village Board of Trustees, the Zoning Board of
Appeals met at 7:45 p.m. to discuss whether or not their previous
vote concerning Docket #99-12 would change, given the petitioner's
willingness to compromise by locating the proposed fence further
from the side property line than what was originally requested.
After a brief discussion, the 'boning Board of Appeals clarified for
the record, that regardless of the petitioner's willingness to
compromise, the decision of the Zoning Board to deny the requested
side yard encroachment would not change.
