Zoning Variation - Docket #00- 7 - 737 & 875 FARGO AVENUE
Chairman Phillips called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. and
summarized the legal notice for the hearing. it was confirmed that
the petitioner failed to post a public notice sign for the hearing
which was required to be in place for a minimum of 10 consecutive
days prior to the hearing. Chairman Phillips directed the
petitioner to post the required sign, and announced the meeting
would be continued to Thursday, May 18" at 7:30 p.m. The meeting
was adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
