Oliveto T. Rodgers J. Franke J. Walz G. Schumm Staff: J. Zaucha, Plan Reviewer Zoning Variation: Docket #00-16 - 25 LONSDALE ROAD Chairman Phillips called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and summarized the legal notice for the hearing. Mr. & Mrs. Ronald Holms were sworn in and asked to state their case. Mr. Holms explained that he needs a detached garage to store his antique car & boat. Given the size of his yard, Mr. Holms indicated that this can only be accomplished by providing drive-through access through his existing garage to the rear yard. By using the existing garage for drive-through access, Mr. Holms explained that he needs his existing shed for additional storage. Mr. Penley asked if the new garage could be converted into a three car garage. Mr. Holms indicated that his concrete foundation has already been installed and that a three car garage would take up too much space. Mr. Walz asked if the shed is resting on a concrete slab. Mr. Halms indicated that the shed does not have a concrete foundation. Mr. Rich Fleischauer (19 Lonsdale Road) , stated that he has not noticed the shed being a problem. Mr. Bartenfelder (31 Lonsdale Road) , stated the shed blends n well with the landscape and is not a problem. At 7:39, Mr. Franke motioned to grant the variance request to allow two (2) accessory structures to be located on the subject property. Mr. Walz seconded the motion. Page 2 A vote took place which was 5 to 1 in favor of granting the variance. Mr. Penley voted to deny the variance request. The petitioner was advised to contact the Village Clerk's office to confirm when they would be on the Village Board agenda. The meeting was adjourned at 7:42 P.M. Respectfully submitted, James S.
