Kaplan E. Hauser J. Oliveto G. Schumm J. Franke Staff: J. Zaucha, Plan Reviewer Zoning Variation: Docket #00-6 - 549 OAK STREET ON, Chairman Phillips called the meeting to order at 7:6& P.M. and summarized the legal notice for the hearing. On behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Chuck & Linda Masny were sworn in. Mr. Phillips asked why the petitioner was not present and why Mr. & Mrs. Masney were representing the petitioner. Mr. Masny explained that both Mr. & Mrs. Jonas are teachers and they could not attend the meeting because of parent teacher conferences being scheduled on the same night as the ZBA hearing. Mr. Masny explained that he and his wife are Mr. Jonas's real estate agents and are also friends of the family. Mr. Phillips asked Mr. & Mrs. Masny to state their case. Mr. Masny indicated the variance is needed to allow vehicles to maneuver into the garage. The Board members proceeded to ask several questions regarding the proposal which Mr. Masny was unprepared to respond. Based on inadequate information being provided by Mr. Masny, the Board determined the meeting should be continued to allow for the petitioners to be present. Mr. Phillips announced that the meeting is to be continued on Thursday April 20`° at 7:30 p.m. . Mr. Masny was instructed to inform Mr. Jonas of the continuation and to be adequately prepared to answer- questions at the next hearing. The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 P.M.
