Johnson, Liquor Commissioner Trustee James P. Petri Trustee Samuel L. Lissner Absent : None Also Present : George B. Knickerbocker, Village Attorney Ann I . Walsh, Village Clerk The meeting convened at 8 : 15 p.m. Mayor Johnson opened the meeting and distributed a map depicting the location of Class B Liquor stores in the Village. The Liquor Commission reviewed a potential policy change regarding the issuance of Class B Liquor Licenses . It was noted few packaged liquor stores are located within or near the Business Park area. The Commission reviewed the current procedures for application and approval of the liquor licenses whereby the number of licenses issued equal the number of licenses approved for specific establishments . No extra licenses are available . The Commission further discussed a revision to the policy whereby a set number of licenses would be available for approval within the area of the Industrial Park. The Commission deliberated as to whether introduction of a new Class B Liquor License policy would be more appropriate . After further discussion, it was the consensus of the Liquor Commission to remain with the current policy and make no changes at this time. The meeting adjourned at 8 :45 p.m. Ann I .
