Johnson, Liquor Commissioner Trustee James P. Petri, Liquor Commission George B. Knickerbocker, Village Attorney ALSO PRESENT Ann I . Walsh, Village Clerk Gary E. Parrin, Village Manager Stephen F. Schmidt, Chief of Police Thomas M. Bastian, Attorney at Law Robert S. Bell, Jr. , Attorney at Law Donald A. Roubitchek, First Hospitality Group, Mayor Johnson called the public hearing to order at 3 :15 p.m. in the Ronald L. Chernick Room, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village Illinois . Liquor Commissioner, Mayor Craig B. Johnson, stated the public hearing was called to hear evidence and testimony concerning allegations that the Class "A" Liquor licensee delivered alcoholic liquor to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years and sold, gave or delivered alcoholic liquor to intoxicated persons in violation of the Elk Grove Village Liquor Ordinance on May 2, 2004 at 12 :30 a.m. at Aesops Tables, 1000 Busse Road. Aesop' s Table, by its Attorney, stipulated to the allegations of the complaint . Aesop' s Table, Inc. d/b/a Honest John' s was fined the sum of two thousand five hundred ($2, 500 . 00) dollars to be paid within 30 days . The Class A Liquor License was hereby suspended for a period of six (6) days and by agreement of the parties, for a period of one (1) year the licensee shall request proper forms of identification from all patrons ordering or requesting alcohol liquor on the licenses premises . A copy of the Agreed Findings of Fact and Order are on file in the Village Clerk' s Office. Mayor Johnson discussed prior Aesop' s violations and warned the licensee that one more violation would result in the loss of the liquor license. It was noted the public would be informed by way of a press release of the stipulations of an Agreed Findings of Fact and Order. The meeting adjourned at 3 :40 p.m. Ann I .
