Approval of minutes—minutes approved for October
Correspondence/Members to be heard—Phil asked the Chief why did he throw items out of the budget
without conferring with the board as he agreed to last year. Chief stated that he agreed to informed the board
when he has not approved of an item instead of just taking it out without notice
Chairman's Report: The chairmen stated he was disappointed that the Chief and the Village Manager did
not approve the Cable TV service and TV's. The Board felt that no indication was given to him by the Chief
that these items would be a problem. The Board especially felt that all indications for the approval of the
cable TV service looked good per prior correspondence and feedback. Chief responded that he and more so
the Asst.Village manger,Ray Rummel felt that this was not a good use of taxpayer's dollars. Chief also
stated that the positive feedback earlier from the assistant Village Manger was due to the fact the he believed
that members were asking to pay out of their `own' pockets.

OLD BUSINESS
- Status of remaining items being purchased:
a. Equipment Labels for Apparatus Equipment, being procured by Rogers
b. Wallet Badges(100 x$50) soon to be delivered
c. Red alert lights for basement/workout rooms(4 x$500) TSI Company will install them, still checking
our dispatch system out.
NEW BUSINESS
a. Ballot and Ballot boxes distributed. Everyone running for re-election except Mike Rogers.No one
signed up for the 1"Shift opening(vacated by Sharp's shift change). There will be lines for write in
candidates on the ballots.
Announcements—Sharp requested approval to meet with the Village Manager and the Chief to re-
request the cable TV service. Motion made, motion approved
