Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 25,2005 ,this Executive Session
was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
It was noted that in Governor Blagojevich's upcoming State of the State address, he will
announce his support for the Abraham Lincoln National Airport. With this announcement,
there will be immense pressure on the Governor to obtain the land for this airport, and provide
the land to the airport authority for construction of the airport.
