Mayor Johnson stated that he spoke with a reporter regarding the events that took place for the
upcoming Iraq election. He informed the reporter that the reasoning behind the Village's
stance was that the Village is being protective of the areas within the Business Park that the
Department of Homeland Security had previously indicated were potential terror targets. He
also informed the reporter that the sight which we proposed, Allstate Arena, will be used to
accommodate up to 30,000 Iraqis.
The meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
