LISSNER Village Trustee J.PETRI Village Trustee C.PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 12 ,2005 this Executive Session was called to consider a Litia¢ tion matter. Number of pages attached: I Date(s)of review for release: January 2006 Date of approval for release: U' 04/12/05 6:34 p.m. Litigation Consensus of Village Board regarding Park District Health Insurance: Allow Park District to continue to participate in the Village's insurance plans with the following provisions: • Park District may place all of its employees into the Village's 0; • Park District may offer PPO program to its employees at 40% premium rate increase. If Park District maintains PPO after May 1, then Park District pays all invoices directly on those PPO claims. The Village will no longer be an intermediary for Park District claims; • For run-out claims on PPO on and after May 1, Park District pays all invoices directly. The Village will no longer be an intermediary far Park District claims; • The Village will continue to offer the Park District dental and visio programs; and • The Park District will be requested to reimburse the Village $10,0 per month, beginning May 1, 2005,until the estimated $370000 owed the Village has been paid. Furthermore, the Village will not incur any further expenses above the $370,000 on behalf of the Park District. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
