Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 17,2005 ,this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
It was noted that a meeting would take place either June 7 or June 9,with the Superintendent
of the Cook County Forest Preserve to discuss the acquisition of 5 acres of Forest Preserve
property to be used for a future Police Station.
The meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
