Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 19,2005 ,this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Following a brief discussion, it was the consensus of the Board to concur with the Manager to
change the title of Captain to Battalion Chief in order for the Fire Department to provide
uniform name recognition with other area departments.
