Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 27. 2005 fids
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation_
The Village Attorney has reached an agreement with Ms. Marcia
Rittenhouse, 1098 Cheltenham,regarding the conversion of a street into a
buildable lot. The settlement would be worth $12,500. She had asked that
the Village also reimburse her for legal fees,but that request was rejected.
Centex was awaiting the settlement of this dispute before beginning
construction on the raffle home.
