Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 27. 2005 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Disposition matter.

Land Disposition
The Village Attorney reported that on Friday, September 23, the Village had
a dry closing on the Dierldng Terrace property. John Gullo will purchase
the property for$800,000 and cover the cost of bringing Dierldng Terrace
up to Village code.
The meeting adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
