scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 11.2005 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Liti ation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney provided a brief update on the progress of the negotiations with
Marcia Rittenhouse regarding clear title to the property at 1099 Cheltenham Road. It was
noted that the negotiations were still ongoing. Questions were raised as to when work
might be able to begin on the home.
The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
