Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 15,2005 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litieation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Manager asked that the Village Board approve a transfer of$800,000 from
the Legal Defense Trust Fund into the Legal Defense Fund. It was noted that
approximately$2.1 million of the$5.67 million in funds still remain.
The consensus was to proceed as recommended at the upcoming Village Board meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 6:09 p.m.
