Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 13. 2005 ,this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager, Gary Parrin,noted that Fire Inspectional Bureau reorganization worked
out very well since promoting Wilkie Escondo to the position of Inspectional Services
Supervisor and eliminating the Assistant Fire Chief position. As a result,the Village Manager
will make this position change permanent.
