Rummel , Administrative Assistant Renee M. Farrell , Administrative Intern Earle Kracht, Plan Reviewer James MacArthur, Fire Chief Chairman Glass called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m. Item A: Special use permit allowing the installation of outdoor warning sirens at 200 Biesterfield Road (Well #3) and 1630 Gibson Drive. Chief MacArthur stated that Commonwealth Edison and Fulton Contracting located proper electrical wiring and access to electrical conduits for the installation of the warning siren on the municipal complex property. The Chief also stated that the site exists as a governmental purpose with structures in excess of 50 feet; therefore, another public hearing is not necessary. The Plan Commission then reviewed the Finding of Fact regarding the placement of the outdoor warning sirens. Commissioner Mullen requested to amend the Finding of Fact to state that the location of the siren be on the municipal complex property, not specifically the parking lot of the property. Commissioner Mullen motioned to approve the Finding of Fact with the one amendment. Commissioner Geinosky seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously . Commissioner Mullen motioned to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Geinosky seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
