Cellular Tower at 901 Wellington Avenue
Following a brief discussion, it was the consensus of the Committee to allow T-Mobile to remove and
replace the existing lattice tower at 901 Wellington, have the Village assume ownership and
responsibility for the tower once constructed, and lease ground space to T-Mobile.
Ambulance Fees
Following a lengthy discussion, it was the consensus of the Committee as follows:
• To approve the proposal and rate structure for ambulance fees effective May 1,2007;
• To annually adjust the billing fee by the Chicago CPI;
• All ambulance billing will be billed directly to the insurance company;
• Only payments from the insurance company will be accepted;and
• Decrease the contractual fire service to Branigar's Forest View from$160.50 to$100 per unit.
Tax Levv
After a brief discussion, it was the consensus of the Committee to incorporate a zero percent increase in
the General Fund's 2006 Tax Levy for the 2007/2008 Budget as recommended by the Director of
Finance.
