Advised by finance director the FFIB is to receive approximately a little more than$100,000.00 this November. Red alert lights for basement/workout rooms: cancelled trying to have TSI install the lights, bids sent out to regular electrical contractors, only one responded. They are trying to subcontract Terry Stillings. I am also trying to go through Jack Gray and have the bldg dept look at it b. Free Motion cable crossovers: Chief Millers states the request letter for the increased budget amount has been sent for approval c. Pytlewicz check with station officers, giving the go ahead to purchase (4) Outside benches and locate them at the station officers discretion d. Mapping & GPS Software: B/C Stecki requested Lt. Incident Command classes can be paid out of current budget, expenditure just have to be approved by Village manager. e. Spanish books, Rescue rope books and calendars and more apparatus labels can come out of current budget, expenditure also have to be approved by Village manager f Tuition Reimbursement limit set by board and increase from $6000.00 to $8500.00 approved by the board. g. Request to pay for all classes that are a part of a Fire Science program, EMS, First Responder or the like is not a budget item. It will go up for approval to the Village Manager.
