Off Track Betting
Bob Bilocerkowycz of Inter-Track Partners, LLC made an informal presentation requesting to operate
an Off Track Betting (OTB) facility. He described his business plan for the proposed placement of an
OTB operation within Ringside Sports Club at 1122 W. Devon Ave. Upon reviewing the material, it
was the consensus of Committee to further review the material and discuss the issue at the May 22,
Village Board meeting. The Board will allow community input at that time.
The meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
