None Chairman Glass called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Item 1. December 6, 2006 Meeting Minutes Commissioner Ayers moved to approve the minutes for the December 6, 2006 meeting. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Upon voting (Glass, Ayers, Meyers, Thompson, AYES, Henrici, ABSENT, Geinosky, Pafiganoff, Hauser, Sokolowski(ABSTAIN) the motion carried. item 2. 2727 Higgins— Resubdivision Mr. Trudan explained that the petitioner contacted him that afternoon and stated that there were some unresolved problems with his presentation. After brief discussion it was agreed that the hearing would be postponed until staff had a chance to review proposed changes. Item 3. 1500 Chase— Resubdivision Members suggested that the proposed subdivision could be approved subject to the condition that the petitioner comply with the items specified in a memo from the Director of Engineering and Community Development. Members inquired as to whether the petitioner provided an acceptable response to concerns identified in a memo from the Elk Grove Village Fire Chief. Since no representatives from the Fire Department were present it was suggested to staff that the petitioner be made aware of those concerns as soon as possible. Commissioner Geinosky moved to approve the resubdivision subject to review from the Department of Engineering, Community Development, and the Fire Department, which was seconded by Commissioner Hauser. The motion passed by unanimous vote. Item 4. Adjournment Commissioner Geinosky moved to adjourn. Commissioner Meyers seconded the motion which passed by unanimous vote. The meeting was adjourned at 7.25 p.m. C: Chairman and Members of the Plan Commission, Mayor and Board of Trustees, Village Clerk, Village Manager, Deputy Village Manager, Assistant to the Village Manager, Director of Engineering and Community Development, Director of Public Works, Police Chief, Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief (2), Inspectional Services Supervisor, Village Attorney.
