Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Board was informed that the Police Union has yet to take the proposed agreement to
its members for discussion or a vote. The Union negotiating team indicated that they did
not have enough time since many of its members were on spring break with their
families. They indicated that they would convene a meeting the first week of April.
The meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
