Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 28 , 2006_this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
Assistant Village Manager Ray Rummel informed the Board that the Personnel
Committee met in Executive Session last week to discuss the Village's health insurance
rates. It was noted that the committee recommended a 10% increase to the PPO and a
12% increase to the HMO, with a 6%increase in HMO dental.
In addition, it was the recommendation of the Committee to renew the Village's
agreement with Gallagher Bassett. A question was raised as to how much the
administration fees for Gallagher Bassett increased, compared to the previous year. It
was noted that the fees increased from$7.65 to $7.95 and that the administration fees for
the Flexible Spending Plan remained the same.
It was the consensus of the Board to approve the Personnel Committee's recommendation
on the 2006-2007 health insurance rates and fees during the upcoming Village Board
meeting.
