Snyder was given the privilege to speak to the Village Board following a Board meeting. The Village Attorney stated that what Mr. Snyder said should have been first distributed in writing, as he was planning to seek litigation against the Village. The Village Attorney further noted that the Village Board has the right to not allow the privilege to speak before the Board. The Village Attorney noted that he is not inclined to let Mr. Snyder speak before the Board since Snyder is attempting to bring legal action against the Village. It was noted that since the Village isn't using the term "Bobcat" for gain or profit, there is no reason to remove it from the Village Code. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
