Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 09, 2006, this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Mayor reported that he would be meeting with Deputy Fire Chief Dave Miller and
Deputy Fire Chief Al Vrshek to discuss the vacant Fire Chief position.
The Mayor stated that he would meet with the candidates and bring one of them to the
Board at the next Executive Session to allow them to ask additional questions of him.
With their concurrence, he stated that he would probably announce the hiring that
evening.
