Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September,2006 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
Trustee Petri recommended that the Village enter into discussions to purchase a parcel of
property at the old Busse Farm for the site of a new Police Station.
Mayor Johnson informed the Board that the Village is in discussions with St. Julian
church and exploring the purchase of the former Dr. Boyajian property. As part of the
plan, the Village would reconfigure the parking lot and purchase land from them for the
construction of a parking lot. The Director of St. Julian's is receptive to the idea,but the
Priest is not.
It was also noted that the head of the Diocese is interested in selling the property to
Alexian Brothers.
