Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 20,2006 ,this Executive Session was
called to consider a Liti ag tion matter.

Litigation
Trustee Feichter questioned all Board members if they had received the Executive Session
minutes from the last personnel Committee. He noted that the consultant had indicated an
issue with moving personnel through the pay ranges. The Village Manager stated that the
Finance Director was pricing out the cost to implement the consultant's proposal. It was noted
that this issue needs to be discussed further once staff is able to get a handle on the true costs of
the program. This meeting will likely take place in the Fall.
