Release & Destruction of Executive Session Minutes
M. Roan requested approval to release Executive Session Minutes dating from January
2005 through December 2005. The consensus of the Committee was to approve the
request.
M. Roan also requested approval for the destruction of Executive Session audio
recordings dating from July 2004 through December 2004. The consensus of the
committee was to approve the request.
