Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 14, 2006 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager requested to increase the part-time Senior Clerk
position in the Village Manager's office to full-time. It was noted that the
position was previously full-time. The full-time status is again needed due
to the backlog of filing, lack of telephone coverage throughout the day, and
other clerical needs for the Assistant Village Manager, Assistant to the
Village Manager and Economic Development Coordinator. It was the
consensus of the Village Board to approve this request.
An ordinance to upgrade the position from part-time to full-time will be
placed on the December 12, 2006 Village Board agenda.
The meeting adjourned at 5:22 p.m.
