Representatives from Land Vision made a presentation to the ICRC Commission. The
presentation gave a brief overview of the consultant team, their work experience and vision
that will lead the Village's Business Park into the future.
The Commission requested the following items be addressed in the plan: incorporating
unincorporated properties, open drainage ditches, lack of parking, surface transportation
(rubber-wheel trolleys, I-Go cars, etc.), fiber optics and other future utility needs.
There were some communication gaps regarding the distribution list in which the meeting
agenda and information is shared. A form will be passed around the next meeting to update
the Commissioner's distribution information.

The Commission authorized Village Staff to enter into negotiations for a contract with Land
Vision et al. for updating the ICRC Comprehensive Master Plan.
