It was moved by Trustee Scharringhansaen and seconded by'Trustee Grindel that Janes L,' Carroll be appointed President Pro Tom of thin meating due to the absence of President Charles A. Rupley School in said Village, I Upon the roll being called the' folloving Trustees answered sPRESENTO: Morgan P. Burke,Jr., James L. Carroll, Laurence F. Grindel, Roger J. Patzer and Leonard A. Opeka, Attorney for the Village; and Edward Clifford, I i Leonard A. Scharringhausen. Opska, W authorized to prepare an ordinance authorizing & Vehicle Tax. The President asked that the roll be called for a vote on the :lotion and upon the roll being called the follow ing Trustees voted 1AYE11: Burka,Jr., Carroll, Grindel, Patser and Scharringhausen; 'WAY : None. 6Tharsupoa the President doclarod the motion carried.
