Hodlmair called the meeting to order at 8:15 P.M. at the j Ira L. Rupley School in said Village and directed the-Village Clerk to call . the roll. Upon the roll being called bh® following Trustees answered OPRESENTd: Morn P. Burke,Jr., Jamse L. Carroll, Laurence F. Grindsal, Roger J. Patter and Leonard A. Scharringhauson; 0ABSERTO: Frank R. Angolotti. Also present at this meeting: Villiram N. Glab, Police Magistrate; Jack C. Michala. Secretary of the Zoning Co=iaaion; Freak M. Opel, Attorney for the Village; F•dward JY Ur^!Abe of DoSoto B� gc-Cabo. &, Asweiatea, Engineers for the Village; Mr. Thomas Brennan of the Gros® Herald; and the following new resideuto of the Village of Elk Grave Village: Masora. Robert Altergott, Frank Kauper, Ernest Cavallo, John Radsis, Frank Walsh.- It alsh;It was moved by Truotee Scharringhausen and seconded by Truetea Carroll that the minutea of the .Regular Meeting of the Board of ructees hold on October 14, 1957, as read. be approved; The motion was voted upon by acclamation. Whereupon the President declared tho cation carried and the joinutes approved. It was moved by Trustee Burke, Jr., and eeconded by Truates Grindel that the minutes of an Adjourned Meeting of the Board of Trustees held on October 22. 1957. tae read, be approved. ".The President asked that the -roll be called for a vote on the motion and upon the roll being called the following Trustees voted NAYEQ: Burke, Jr., Carroll, Grindel, Patter and ScharringhauBon; "WAYO: None. Eaton, Clerk of the Board of The Metropolitan Sanitary j District of Greater. Chicago. President Hodlmair requested this acceptance be j placed on file in the Village records.. ! - A discussion followed regarding the Vehicle Tax and establishing the various fe®a. i I Fdward J. Upon the roll being called the following Truste®s voted "AYES; : Burke, Jr., Carroll, Grindel, Patser and Scharringhaussen; ONAYs: None, Whereupon the President declared the motion carried. President Hodlmair advised that he had attended the combined meeting of Dupage County and Cook County Zoning Board of Appeals, held last Wednesday, October 23, 1957. They plan to moot again and work together on zoning problems, Pre®ident Hodlmair advised this will help toward a better future for both counties. A petition for annexation was presented and read to the President and Board of Trustees; The petitioners LOUIS BOLLMAM and LIZZIE I3OLUU1QiP, his wife, as owners and sole electors with respect to Parcel 1 and IRVIN H. A letter dated October 29, 1957 was received from the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village recommending that Section 4 of Article IV of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance by fuu-ther• amended by.pro- riding that captain described land and territory now within tho tillage or to become a part of the Village by annexation be claseified as 0111 industrial District, amd that j the Board submit the matter to the Zoning Board of Appeals fora public hearing and recommendation purvuar_t to such heaping. it tras moved by Tr-aetes Carroll and seconded by Rl°rustea Burke, J:^., that the recommendation of the Plan Con ission as staked above be referred to the ZoAing Board of A_epeale of the Village of Elly Grove Village for a public hearing.
