Fresident Charles A. Hodlr.air called the nesting to order at 8:45 F.:'. at the Ira L. Ruplay School in said Village and directed the Village Clerk to call the roll. Upon the roll being called the following Trustees answered "FRES19'T": Morgan P. Burke,Jr„ Janes L. Carroll, Laurence F. Grindol and Leonard A. Scharringhausen; "ABSII:T": Frank Ra Angelotti and Roger J. Patzer. Also-present at this r•eeting: Hillim: 11. Glob, Police Magistrate; Jack Co ::ichala, Secretary of the Zoning Cor-nissi,on; 'Frank I,% Opeka, Attorney for the Village; Bran ?revert of the31k Grove Herald; and approximately twenty now residents of the Village of E.k:Grove Village. It was moved by Trustee Burke, Jr.., and seconded by Trustee Grindel that the minutes of the Regular eating of"the Board of Trustees held on October 28, 1957, as submitted be approved. The :notion was voted uron by acclanation. Whereupon the President declared the Motion carried and the minutes apl.roved. It was moved by Trustee Soharringhausen and seconded by Trustee Carroll that the minutes of the Adjourned :'eating of;'the Board of TrustOOB held on November 1, .1957, as submitted be approved. The notion was voted upon by acclar.-ation. Whereupon.the President declared the motion carried and the minutes approved. i I Janea L. Opeka be authorized to proparea resolution designating the DesPlaines National Bank as a depositary for the Villa-e funds.. Whereupon the President declared the motion carried. 1. 11/18/57 • • 1 1 'I It tray novod by Trustee Grindel and seconded by Trustee Scharringhausen that the President and Villas Cleric be authorized to enter into an escrow agreoront with the IIIc Grove '.'ester and Sewer Cornany in the* amount of !129000,00 to be on dopoait in the OeePlaines National Bank as a guarantee for the r-aintonanoe and up keep of the surer system with the provision that if such naintenrnce and up keep is not rade the Village of Ell: Grove Village will have the authority to draw on such funs to pay for ouch up keep. It was roved by Trustoo Carroll and seconded by Trustee Scherringhauean* that the plot plan of Cent=' Industrial Park- as,recortrtended by the Plan Ccrmiseion be.approvod and the President and Clorl: be authorized . -to execute same.
