I It bras moved by Trustee Grindel and aeco;nded by Truetes Burka, Jr. � that Rosolution Bo. 7-53 "the Village of Elk Grove Village wishes to construct two street entrances to Higgins Road (Route 72) at Stations 4 + 70 and. 5 + 45 (East of Arlington Heights Road)." be adoptod.
