AnLW ES OF A SPECIAL METING OF THE
PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELt (MOVE VILLAGE,
ILLINOIS, HELD On OCTOBER 3, 1959.
Purcuant to a requeot by Charles A. Hodimaix, the following notice was zailed
September 30, 1958: "Pursuant to a request from Charles A. Hedlmair, Village
t President, you are heraby sotified of a Special Meeting to be hold at the
1 Ira L. Rupley School on Friday, October 3, 1958, at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose
to consider the Plat of Annexation of Centex Industrial Park - Unit II and to
approve a Plat of Subdivision of Centex Industries. Park a Unit 11.11
President Choles A. Hodlmair called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M. at the
Ira L. Rupley School in said Village and directed the Village Clerk to call
the roll.
Upon the roll being called, the following Trustees ansuored $PRESERTu: Morgm
P. Burke, Jr., Frank R. Augelotti, James L. Carroll, Laurence F. Grindel,
Roger J. Pa►tzer and Leonard A. Scharringheusen; "ABSENT": None,
Also present at this meeting: DeSoto B. McCabe, Jr., Chairmen, and Jack C.
Michels, Secretary of the Plan Commisaioa.
Trustee Carroll presented a petition from The Chicago Title and Trust Company
arp Trustee under Trust No. 38909, dated September 30, 1958, requesting that
tho following described land and tsrritory,b® annexed to rand become a part of
the Village of Elk Grove Village: i
The West half, by linear zeas-are, of Lot 12, aalzo tho
South 165 feet of Lot 12 (except the Base 1001 feet
thereof;) also North 20 feet of South 51 foot of East
1001 feet of said Lot 12; also that part of Slot 13 !
lying West of the East 1001 feet and North of South
990 feet thereof and all of Lot 14, all in the
Subdivision of the Batate of Henry Landmaler, being
part of Sections 26 and 35, Township 41 Forth, Range i
11, Fast of the Third Principal Meridian, according
to plat acknowledged an Dec. 4, 1916 by Richard H.
Landmaier, Albert Landmaier, Otto L ndneier and t
Gustav Landmaier and wiled on Mar. 2, 1917 in the ;
Office of the Registrar of Titles, Cook County,
Illinois as Doc. 70396.
The petition stated that (1) said above described land and territory is not
within the corporate limits of any amnicipality, (2) said above described
land and territory is contiguous to the VilleV of Elk Grove Village, Illinois j
and (.3) said above described land and territory has no aloctoro or
inhibitants residing thereon.
Trustee Carroll also presentod 'he plat of annexation for the abo-ve'described

It was moved by Trustee Carroll and seconded by Trustee Grindol that
Ordira ee No. 79 "AN ORDINjLNCR gnnexiing cortain lwde to the Village, of Elk
Grove. Village, Illinois.", be adopted. The Ppesidont asked that the roll be I
called for a vote on the motion and Lion the roll being called, the follovia
Trustees voted "AYES: Angolotti, Burkce,Jr., Carroll, Grindel, Patzer and j
r Schsrringhausen; QAAY2: None. Wher®zpon the President declaring that the
ordinance having received the voters of two-thirds of the corporate authorities,
declared said motion carried and the ordinance pawed and approved same in
open meeting by affixing his eignature thereto.

Trustee Carroll presented a petition from the Chicago Title and Trot Comps j
as Trustee under Trust No. 38909, dated September 30, 1958, requesting that I
the following describ4d bend and territory* be annexad*to and become a part of
the Village of Elk Grove Village:
That part of the Last half, by linear measure of Lot 120
lying South of the North 707.66 fact thereof (ezcep: frog
said tracts the South 51 Sect of the Eaet 1001 feet thereof
and that part of South 165 Peet thereof,. lying West of the
East 1001 feet thereof) In Subdivision of the Estate of

Trustee Carroll also presented the plat of annexation for the above described
property and read a proposed ordinance eatitled ''AN ORDINANCE annexing certain
lands to the Village of Elk Grave 'Tillage, Illinois,"
It was moved by Trustee Burke,Jr,, and seconded by Trustee Grindel
Ithat Ordinance ITT. 79 "AN ORDIHAHCE annexing certain lards to the Tillage of
Elk Grove Village, Illinois.", be adopted, The President aeked that the rola,
f be called for a vote on the motion and upon the roll being called. the .

and Scharringhausen; "HAI": Hone, Thereupon the President declaring that the
ordinance haying reccived the votes of two-thirds of the corporate authoritlez,
declared said motion carried and the ordinance passed and approved same in
upon meeting by affixing his signaturo thereto.
Trustee Carroll presented °Plat of Subdivision of Centex Industrial Park -
Unit II", A discussion followed.
It was moved by Trustoo Carroll and seconded by Trustee Grindel
that the Plat of Subdivision of Centex Induetriai Park - Unit II be referred
to the Plan Commission for diseusssion and recoLm-andationso The motion wao
voted upon by acclamation. Thereupon the President declared the motion carried,
It was moved by Trustee Scharringhuusen and seconded by Trustee I
.Angnlotti that this meeting be recessed in order that the Plan Commission stay_
havo the opportunity to study the Plat of Subdivision of Centox Industrial II
Park m Unit II and submit recommendations. The motion was voted upon by
accltassation. Whereupon the President declared the motion carried and the I
meeting recessed at 6:50 P,M,
The President called the meeting to reconvene at 7:00 P.M. Jack Michala, '
Secretary of the Plan Commission, reported that the Plat of Subdivision of
Centex Industrial Park - Unit II Let with all of the master plan requirements I
and the Plan Commission recommended that the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village approve said Plat.
It was moved by Trusts® Bul ke,Jr,, and seconded by Trustee Pat zer
that the President and Village Clerk be authorized to execute the Plat of
Subdivision of Centex Industrial Park - Unit TI, The President asked 'that
the roll be called for a. vote on tho motion and upon the doll being called, J
the following Truateas voted "AYEm: Angalotti, Burka,Jro, Carroll, Grindel,
Patser and Scharriaghsusen; "HAYR: Hone, Whereupon the President declared f
the motion carried.
It waa moved by Trustee An elotti and seconded by 'Trustee Grindel �
that this meeting adjourn. The motion was voted rzpdn by acclamation,
Whersupon the President doclarod the motion carried and the meeting regularly
adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 7:05 P.M.
