President Gnarls$ A, Hodlmair called the meeting to order at 8:15 P,M,. at the
Ira L. Rupley School in. said Tillage and directed the Village Clerk to aPll
the roll.
Upon the roll being called, the following Trustees anavered "PR:SMu: Frank R.
Angelotti, Morgan P.-Burke,, Jr., Jaques L. Carroll and Leonard A. Scharringhausen;
sABSENTu: Laurence F. Grinael and Roger J. Patzer.
Also present at this meeting: Jack Michala, Secretary of the Plan Commission,
and Harold Scharringhausen, a member of the plan Co=niesion.
Jack Michela, Secretary of the Plan Commiselon, resubmitted to the President and
Board of Trustees the Plat of Subdivision of Section IV of Elk Grove Village which
had previously been submitted at the Regular Meeting of the President and Board
of Trustees held on August 11, 1958 and +which, by motion, had been returned to
the Plan Commission with instructions that they cause the names of the: streets
to be inserted on said plat. The.Preeident and Board of Trustees thea ermined
the Plat of Subdivision of Section IT.
It was moved by Trmstee Burke, Jr. and seconded. by Trustee Scharringhausen
that the President and Pillage Clerk be authorized to execute the Plat of Sub-
division of Section IV. The motion was voted upon by acclamation. Whereupon
the President declared the motion carried,
Trustee Carroll, Chairman of the Finance Committee, then presented an invoice
from Maine Insurance Agency in the amount of $65.00 for Compensation and 0.
Policy Number RM-6935892 - Travelers (Renewal Date - 6/3/59)-
' It was moved by Trustee Burke, Jr. and seconded by Trustee Carroll
that the invoice from Maine Insurance Agency, dated August 5, 1958, in the
amount of_$65,00 for Compensation and 0. D. - Policy Number KO-6935"992, be
approved for payment. The President asked that the roll be called on the motion
and upon the roll being called, the following Trustees answered "AY??": Augelotti,
Burke, Jr., Carroll and Sebarrirghausen; "KAr: bone; "ABSE24g" : Grindel and
Patzer. Whereupon the President declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Angelotti and seconded by Trustee Carroll
that this meeting adjourn. The motion waS voted upon by acclamation. Whoreuuon
the President declared the motion carried and the meeting regularly adjourned.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
