HJ:LD OH mAy 6. '1959. Pearsuant to ra request by Charles A. Hodl=ir, the following notice was mallard May 2, 1958: "Pursuant to a request from Charles .A. Hodlmair, Vil a Pos€�id.�t you are hereby -natifI-*& of a Special meeting to be held at the Ipa L. Rupley School on Tuesday,, May 6a x.956,, 'at 7:00 P.M., for the purpoee to consider the approval of the Mat of Higgins Road Commercial Uri t 01 Subdi Vicion." Preaident Charles A. Hodimair called the meeting to order at 7;20 P.M. at. the Ira L. Rupley School- in said :village and directed the Village Clerk to. cal]. the roll. Upon the roll being called,, the following trustees answered "PRESEB:M s°0..organ P. Burke, Jr.,, .lanes L. Carroll, Laurence F. Grindol,, Roger. J.- PatseL and Leonard A. Scharringbm.=n; "ABSLRNT": Frsnc R. Angolot",i. Also present at this meeting; DeSoto B.. McCabe, Jr.,, Chairzian. of the Plan Comaission; Jack Wiohala, Secretary of the Plaza Commission; and Farold Schaarringhausen,, a member of the Plan Commiesiou. It was coved by Trustee Grindol and seconded by Truptso Carroll that the Plat of Higgins Road Commercial Unit €-1 Subdivision be referred to the Plan Commission for discussion and reeomandationso The motion was voted upou by acclamation. thereupon the President declared the motion carried. President Hodlmair appointed James Gibsoa to the Zoning Board of Appeal® re- placing the vacancy left by Mrs. Exle Wollay. It was moved by Trustee Burka„ ' Jr. and seconded by Trust0e Grindal that the appointment of James Gibson to -the Zoning Board of Apoaals replacing the vacancy left by Mrs. Erie (Holley,, be concurred in. The motion eras voted upon by acclamation. Whereupon the President declared the notion carsrled. It was moved by Trustee Grindel and seconded by .Trustee Burke,, Jr. that this meeting be recessed so the Plan Comniesion- could discuss and giva recommendations on the Plat of Higgine Road Commercial Unit 01: Subdivision. The motion was voted upon by acclamation. thereupon the President declared the motion carried and the meeting r®ce®sed at 7:20 P.M. mhe President called the tweeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Jack Hichala, Secretary of the Plan Commission,, reported that the Plat of Higgins Road Commercial Unit #1 Subdivision met with all of the mast46 plan requirements and the Ply Commie®ion recommended that the President and Board of Truatees of the Village- approve said Plat. It was moved by Trustee Burke,, Jr. and seconded by Trustee Patzez that the President and Village Clerk be authorized to oaecute the Plat of Higgins Road Commercial Unit $1 Subdivision. Upon the call of the roll on the motion, the following answered "AYE”: President Hodlmair and Trasteee Burke,, Jr., Carroll,, Grindel, Patzar and Scharrir.,ghauson; NUAY".: none,, "ABSM": Frank.R. Angelotti, thereupon the President declared the .motion: carried. Trustee Carroll presented a statement from Frank H. Cpeka,, Attorney for the Village, dated May 2, 1958, in the amount of $644'o95 for legal servo oes rendered for the Vil7.aga from the period of December l,, 1957 to April 30,, 1759. l0 5/6/59 It was moved by Tustee Grindel and seconded. by Trustee Pst%oa that the statement received from Frank 14. Op©ka, Attorney for the Village, dated May 2, 1959, in the amount of $644a95 for legal services rendered for the Village from the period of December 1, 1957 to April 30. 1959. be approved for payment. The President asked that the roll be called on the motion and upon the roll being called, the 'followiz%-, Testees answered "AYE": Burke, Jr,,, Carroll. Grindel. It was moved by Trustee Carroll and seconded by Tris tes Grindel that this meeting adjourao The motion was voted upon by acclamation.
