Trustee Patter made a motion, seconded by Trustee Argalotti. that the motion for the Village to file a petition for rehearing regarding the high tenzion power line, be tabled. Over an objection that a previous motion was on the floor, the Village Attornoy ruled that a motion for tabling took precedence. The President than requested a roll call vote on the motion to table. The Village Attorney ruled that flue to m tie vote, the President should vote. Whereupon the President, voted °XAY°. The motion*to table was not carriod. A dis3ausesion then continued on the original motion to`reopen the Illinois- Commerce Commiss3ion Hearing. lair. Opoke said that in order to rein m raop�nirg of the case, the Village would have to.prove that the high tension line uasr a definiat to detriment to the Villaao, and thew the Village would have to have qualified and emert mitnes ees testify to this fact. Trustee Patzer mentioned that he did not think it advisable to have the Village pay undue expenses to have the case r:opened as he dict not think there Baas any chance of the Village twinning. It was moved by Trustee Burke, Jr., and seconded by Trustee Scharringh$ussn, to move the previous queation..
