f I I MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING ETING OF THE I PRESIDENT AND BOAF.D OF TRUSTEES OF TH-S VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, J ILLINOIS HELD 024 FEBRUARY 17, 1958, Pursuant to a request by Charles A. Hadlnair, the following notice was mailed February 12, 1958: "Psrsuant to a request from Charles A.' Hodimair, Village President, Sou are hereby notified of a Speoial insetting, to be held at the Ire L. Ruplay School an Monday, February 17, 1958,. at 8:00 Pel--., for the purpose of considering the following matters: ' 1. Approval of Plans and Specifications for the construction of seders and connection to the Sanitary District, re: Centex Industrial Park and Hot Point Company. 2. The appointment of a building inspector for the Village of 811: .Grove. Other matters relative to the Village." President Charles A. Hodlwair called the ma-sting to order at 8:18 P.V. at the Ira L. Rupley School in said Village and directed the Village Clerk to call the roll. Upon the roll being called the following Trustees answered "PRESEPT" : Frank j R. Angelotti, Morgan P. Burke, Jr., James L. Carroll, Laurence F. Grindel, Roger J. Patzer and Leonard A. Scharringhausen; "ABSENT": None. Also present at this meeting: Frank M, Opekat Village Attorney, Edward J. McCabe of DaSoto Be McCabe & Associates, Engineers for the Village, and I William N. Glab, Police Magistrate. Following a discussion relative to the approval of the plans and specifications of Centex Construction Company for the construction of a sanitary sewers Eduard J. McCabe, asked permission to make a statement. The President granted the request. tar. MaCabe stated that the &gineers for the Village, DeSoto Be McCabe & Associates have held meetings with Centex Construction Company and Centex has approved this action. It was moved by Trustee Scharringhausen and seconded by Trustee j Patzer that the plans and specifications of Centex Co struction Comparq for the construction of a sanitary sewer from the corner of att Boulevard and Route 83 (Buses Road) to Landmeier Road and Route 83 at whic point this sanitary I sewer will connect on to General Electric Company's sewer:,, be approved. The I motion was voted upon by acclamation. Whereupon the Presidont declared they � motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Burke, Jr.' and seconded by Trustee Grindel I to ratify and confirm the application for the sanitary sewer to be constructed J by General Electric Company and the application be executed by President Charles A. Hodlmair. The motion iras voted upon by acclamation. Whereupon the President I declared the motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Grindel and secon%ed by Trustee Carroll that the plans and specifications for the setter to be constructed and maintained by the General Electric Corpany, (Hot Point) frog: the corner of Landmeier Road and Route 83 (Busse Road) in the Village to the Mstropol-itan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago's sanitary sewer at the corner of Oakton Streot and Route 83 (Busse Road) be approved. The motion was voted upon by acclamation. Whereupon the President declared the motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Carroll and seconded by Trustee Burke, Jr., that the President be authorized to executa an application for the sewer permit from tha'Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago for the above mentioned serer.
