Honey Hartshorn. Whereupon the Clerk declared the motion carried and Trustee Schrrringhausen took the chair. It was moved by Trustee Carroll and seconded by Trustee Young that the minutes of a Regular Meeting of the President a_�►d Board of Trustees held on July 27. 1959, be approved with the following addition. V-nuweupon :the President pro tem;deelared the motion carried, u^.ck Vich la, Secretary of the Plan Commission and Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. requested that the Village Clerk read a letter from Evan Stebbins dated August 5, 1959, regarding approval of a subdivision plat of Elk Grove Village, Section 8. It tras :roved by Trustee Burke and seconded by Trustee Young that this Plat of Subdivision of Elk Grove Vile, Section 8, be referred to the PLan Cormission for study and -report. The motion res voted upon by acclamation. 11hereuupon the President pro:tem declared the :motion carried. Jack 141chala•submitted plats prepared by Centex Construction Co., Inc., showing plans for two additional elementary schools to be looted in Sections 7 and 8. The Plan Commission recomiaends approval of plat of section 7 and recommends approval of plat of section S providing a p , ding 501 easement to pro- vide easy access to the school is included. It was moved by Trastee 3urke and seconded by Trustee Scharringe hansen that the area reserved for apartments as s- oan on Plat of. Section 7 heretofore approved be approved as an elementary school site. The motion I vas voted upon by acclamation. Aeretmon the President pro tem declared the motion carried. The Village Clerk read letter dated August 10, 1959, from Jack ,iichala, i Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals, reg:-riling Case No. 59-4, emending j : the Zoning Ordinance of the Village. The Village Clerk read a proposed ordinance regarding amending Section 2 of Article RII--A of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance. Discussion followed during which Mr. Michala emphasized that the Village i shall continue to have control. is set forth in Section 2 of the Ordinance, which provides that all uses, principal or incidental, nhich affect the � s I .
