President Charles A. Hodlmair called the meeting to order at 14:10 P*M, at the
Ira L. Rupley School in said Village and directed the Village -Clerk to call the
roll.
Upon the roll being called the following Trustees answered "PR��Sr�3i";. Frank R.
Angelotti, Morgan P. Burke, Janes L. Carroll, Laurence F. Grindel, Roger J-. Patzer �
and Leonzrd A.' Scharringhauaen; "ABSINT"; hone.

A letter of transmittal with two prints of a scaled dimensioned-, land pian for Elk
Grove Section Vill. residential area. was received from DeSoto B. McCabe &Associates
The letter stated that if this plan meets with the Board"s approval..'the•lot
dimensions would be calculated and the .Plat of Subdiisi:on Would be submitted to the
Board: of trustees.
It was moved by Trustee Patzer and seconded by Trustee Carroll that the
scaled dimensioned hand plan for Flk Grove Section VIII, Nee dQntial. aiea,, together
with the letter of, submittal. be referred to- the Plan Commission for app'roval. The
motion was voted upon by acclamation. 'whereupon the President declared the mo-tion
carried.
A petition for annexation received by the Village Clerk was presented,and read .to
the President and Board of 'Trustees: Row come the petitioners *OAX VARY TRUST.-AMBO
SAVINGS BANK, as trustee under trust number 930 and not personally as 'to Parcels
1 and 2; Elmer Cosman and Josephine Cosman. his wife,: as. to Parcel'3-; ._Henry B-e

as to Parcel 6; and represent unto the corporate authorities of the Village of. Elk

It was moved by Trustee Burke and seconded by Trustee Carroll that
Ordinance No. 92 "AIS ORDn aNCE.annexing certain lands .in parts of Sections c9
and- 32 in. Township 41 North. Barge 11,, Fast of the .Third Principal Meridian to the
Village of Elk Grove• Village. Illinois." be adopted. The President asked that the
roll be called. for & •vote -an the motion and upon the roll. being-!called-, the follow-
ing Trustees voted "AYE": Angelotti, Burke, Carroll,. Grindel, P4tzer,snd S6ha
Scharringhauaen; "NAY": None. Whereupon the President declaring that the ordinance
-having received .the votes of toxo-thirds of the corporate authorities,. -declared, said
motion carried and the ordinance passed and approved same in open meeting by
affixing his signature thereto.
President $odlmair appointed the Board- of Trustees as a Committee-of=the-'.chole to
a Special Committee for the Investigation and .Re�ended Action to b'e taken in
Connection with- the Garbage Dump (located between Bisner Road said Ki6vay 53, South
of Cowman Road.
It was moved by Trustee Burke and seconded by .Trustee Grindel that tbs.
Board of Trustees concur in the appointment of the Board of Trustees as a ..
Committee-of-the-Whole to a .pecial Committee for theInv+estiga.tion and. Recommended
Action to be taken in connection with the Garbage Damp (located Utween Bisier Road
and Highway 53, south of' Cdezi Road. The President,asked that the roll be called
on the motion and upon the roll being called the following voted"AYt": Trustees:
.Angelotti, Burke, Carroll, Grindel, Pataer and Sdwrringhausen; and President
Hodlmair; '"NAY": None:; thereupon the President- declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Angelotti-and seconded by Trustee Grindel that
the meeting adJourn. The motion was voted upon by acclamation. Whereupon the
President declared the meeting regularly a.djotzrned. The meeting adjourned at
4:35 P.M.
