Plan Commission Minutes
December 3, 2008

Commissioner Geinosky called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Commissioner Ayers motioned to name Commissioner Geinosky Acting Chairman.
Commissioner Thompson seconded the motion. Upon voting, (Ayers, Geinosky, Henrici,
Sokolowski, Thompson, AYES, Glass, Hauser, Meyers, Paliganoff, ABSENT) the
motion carried.
Commissioner Sokolowski motioned to name Commissioner Ayers Acting Secretary.
Commissioner Thompson seconded the motion. Upon voting, (Ayers, Geinosky, Henrici,
Sokolowski, Thompson, AYES, Glass, Hauser, Meyers, Paliganoff, ABSENT) the
motion carried.
Item 1: October 1, 2008 Meeting Minutes
Commissioner John Glass arrived and allowed Commissioner Geinosky to remain the
acting Chairman at 7:22 p.m.
Commissioner Geinosky, Henrici, and Sokolowski requested amendments to the minutes.
Commissioner Henrici motioned to approve the October 1, 2008 and October 15, 2008
minutes. Commissioner Henrici seconded the motion. Upon voting, (Glass, Geinosky,
Henrici, Sokolowski, Thompson, AYES, Hauser, Meyers, Paliganoff, ABSENT, Ayers,
ABSTAINED) the motion carried.
Item 2: Pending
The Assistant Village Manager updated the Plan Commission on pending items.
Item 3: Adjournment
Commissioner Glass motioned to adjourn the meeting and Commissioner Sokolowski
seconded the motion. Upon voting, (Ayers, Geinosky, Glass, Henrici, Sokolowski,
Thompson, AYES, Hauser, Meyers, Paliganoff, ABSENT) the motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
