Springy Newsletters
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the Spring 2009 Villager newsletter for
distribution.
P-Tickets
The Village Board discussed the concerns of the JPZ Committee as noted in their March 17,
2009 meeting minutes. It was the consensus of the Committee to concur with the JPZ
recommendation and increase the minimum penalty for a P-Ticket to 550.00 and to update the
ordinance violations to include juvenile offenses allowing court appearances in the Village's
adjudication program.
Rain Barrels
After a brief discussion, it was the consensus of the Committee to subsidize the Rain Barrel
program up to 500 Rain Barrels and limit each family to two (2) Rain Barrels. Should the
company sell 450 Rain Barrels in a short amount of time, the Director of Health and Community
Services may come back to the Board to extend the program.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
