Chairman's Report: The vote made available to all FD members to approve the FFIB pay for (1) additional
Paramedic if the Village/FD pay for (2) additional Paramedics for a total of(7) passed by a 3 to 1 margin. If
approved by VM, the FFIB will pay for(3) and the FD will pay for(4) to attend the next class.
Vice Chairman's Report: None
Secretary/Treasurer Report:
a. $748,654 (includes $99,820 Nov I" amount received and budget set aside of 5350,650
(for Paramedic, Sonar; Tuition Reim, Hurst Replc, Stretcher, Boots, etc)

a. Status of remaining items being purchased: All 2007- 2008 purchases completed

d. Polo Shirt Purchase still in the process of being purchased
e. FF Nejedlo researching what route to take to replace Station 8 broke Treadmill
NEW BUSINESS
a. Need for May meeting?
b. 2008 —2009 Purchase responsibilities:
1. Pay the cost for 1 additional personnel to attend Paramedic school Chief Miller
2. Replace all Foreign Fire Computers & Monitors - R. Denna/Sharp
3. 10 Wildland firefighting Jump Suits - Denna/Pytlewicz/Rishling
4. All Elk Grove Fire History transferred digitally to a DVD. Sharp with help from all
5. Fire Station sanitizing ---- Sharp (already has info)
6. Red/Strobe Lights for the basement workout rooms- Sharp (have old request)
7. Polo Shirts— Increase budget Increase amount from 2 to 4 Hollerbach
8. Shoe Shine kits for all stations. Boni Ila/Percudam
9. Portable Pop up Tents & Coolers for drills and Training exercise Pytlewicz
10. 2 new Thermal Imaging cameras Stecki
11. Additional funds for ATV Trailer Stecki
