Correspondence embers to be: Alone
Chairman's Report: Passed on the thanks given to the whole FFIB by Mayor Craig Johnson on the board
once again stepping up with its budget purchases and continuing an atmosphere of cooperation with the
village. New board member Joe Hollerbach was welcomed to the board and a thanks given to outgoing
member Mark Skowronski.

Secretary/Treasurer Report:
a. $748,654 (includes $99,820 Nov I" amount received and budget set aside of$350,650
(for Paramedic, Sonar, Tuition Reim, Hurst Replc, Stretcher, Boots, etc)

OLD BUSINESS
a. Status of remaining items being purchased: All 2007- 2008 purchases completed
b. Election results: 1" shift- R. Denna, 2nd shift -Joe Hollerbach, 3 d shift Jon Kelly, BC—Denna Sr.
c. Photo Board: final approval given after many changes, completed board will now be processed
NEW BUSINESS
a. Received FF Guglielmo letter of resignation, we will have a special 3rd shift election only
b. 2008 —2009 budget purchase responsibilities given
c. FDIC attendance: Denna Sr, R. Denna, and possibly Hollerbach will attend.
d. Further discussion on the parameters for the Polo shirts.
