was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager informed the Board that he would be offering Vito Sammarco the Deputy
Director of Public Works position. The Village Manager stated that he would be having
discussions with Vito, the Director of Public Works and Director of Engineering & Community
Development in the next day.
The meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
