Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 13, 2007 this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager asked if there were any questions or issues regarding the proposed
health insurance plan for the upcoming fiscal year. It was the consensus of the Mayor and
Board to approve the health insurance proposal. The Board did request that staff survey
the comparable communities to determine what they are providing for health coverage.
The meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
