Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of.the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 27, 2007 this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Attorney advised the Village.Board that negotiations were nearing completion with
Mario Gullo, John Gullo, and the property owner at 321 Bond Street. It was noted that John
Gullo was willing to drop his lawsuit with the property owner.
If the Village purchases the property, it would be likely that the Village would be able to receive
tax exempt status from the County for the site.
The Board was informed that if approval is given, we would purchase the building now for$1.5
million and then sell it back to Mario Gullo when it is no longer needed. It was the consensus of
the Board to proceed with the purchase of the property.
